Cremorne Project

This project was underneath a house and was converted into a self contained studio. This project consisted of excavation (by hand), underpinning and a lot of waterproofing to ensure that no issues arise after renovations. A new kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were built and designed to create a beautiful space for a guest studio.
